I got the popup that windows 10 is expiring soon; ok fine; so I went to the Microsoft windows website; paid 150 for windows 10 home; put the key in where it says to update the key in the computer and it says invalid product key … What the Heck? SERIOUSLY? … I bought it directly from the Microsoft website...sooooo how can it be invalid unless you are running some kind of scam?

I am pretty fed up with the constant popups though and with everything shut down due to covid its even more of a hassle its not like I can just go down to best buy and ask the geek squad to trouble shoot it with me; and if I had to do that you should be paying for it not me; because entering the product key from the Microsoft website after buying it is all I should have to do nothing else.

if my windows expires now after I purchased this key you can bet your pretty company that I will either get my money back or you will fix it; and if its money back I'll be going MAC for life and never look back; because I am constantly getting this popup nonstop and the key you gave me is apparently 'invalid' I sat through the whole running updates downloading...and the whole ' everything will be where you left it' ; blah blah blah… and its still giving issue and popup; oh and for the record I printed the email with the product key on it and the receipt - with my key on it (WHICH I COPY AND PASTED DIRECTLY INTO THE FIELD SO THERE WERE NO TYPOS WHEN IT WAS ENTERED);

what kind of scam are you running Microsoft? I am not buying another product key after buying the first because you are now telling me the first one isn't working.
