Windows 10 No "Ding" sound when adjust the audio volume

Hi,

The computer is dell E7240, win10 1909(18363.836).

The audio works well with music and video.But when adjust the audio volume, can not hear "Ding" or "Beng".



I already reinstalled the sound driver;changed sound scheme --"windows default"--"default beep" to another sound, no luck.

Adjust the "device" of volume mixer can hear "Ding", but adjust the "system sounds" of volume mixer can hear nothing.




I Created a new account for test, the new user has no problem.

Any help will be appreciated.
