2004 IB as a vm was/is likable enough to be enjoyable. BUT as a regular Win10 it seems to show its true self & THAT is a visible improvement over 1909. Nice new functions Features & security but faster, snappier, smoother, better performance than 1909, also. And thanks to many months of Insider work, it is in very good, clean, healthy, condition, too; ready to be enjoyed.
As a personal aside... to have going to a new version of an OS be so easy, quick, smooth & painless compared to "the good ole days", WOW
For both IT Pros & End Users what a huge & wonderful change & difference
