Hi all, I have a Remote App which used to work but now isn't. I'm running a Windows 10 64-Bit and the program is running off a Windows Server 2008 box. I'm hoping someone can help, please.
Windows 7 clients can open this app no problem.
This is what happens:
1. I run the app and this particular program has a little username/password login box. I can see this and I can enter my login details.
2. After it has logged in, the program disappears.
3. In my taskbar I can see the program and if I hover over it, it just shows me a little screen that is basically the programs Icon (and not what is actually the program - so for example if it was Excel and you hovered over it, you would see all the cells but this is as if all the cells have been replaced with the big Excel icon. Just to confirm, it is not Excel I am talking about. It is a bespoke program.
4. If I click on the program, nothing happens at all.
Would anyone be able to advise anything I could try please?
