Windows 10 Search on Settings won't work.

When I tried to search for "sound" on Settings I found that it only worked on the first administrator originally set up. It wouldn't work on other standard local accounts even after I changed them to administrators. The error message is "Search results aren't quite ready yet, but we're working on getting them together. Try back in a few minutes." In actual fact they were never ready.

Is it normal or something wrong? I would like to change the sound scheme on every user account to a "no sound" scheme.

Failing that, how can I find the "sound" option?
