Windows 10 Calculator and Photo App closing immediately

Hi,

One of the user is using Windows 10 Enterprise Edition. User open the Windows Calculator and Microsoft Photo and it closes immediately.

I reset the apps under Settings -> Apps -> Apps and Features. It resulted the same behavior. Below message appears when opening the .jpeg file using Microsoft Photo.

Uninstall option is disabled for the Windows Calculator and Microsoft Photo in Administrator account and user account.

Please help to solve this issue.
