I keep getting this pop up exe (see below). This is unsolicited and very unwanted. I don't want or need Chromium so why does Microsoft keep trying to shove it in my PC?

Hopefully someone can tell me why this is happening and how to stop this constant attempt to infiltrate my computer.
I'm working on some animation projects for school and really don't need this right now!
