After allowing the screen saver to activate after 10 min. the copy paste function within any app (even windows explorer) will hang after attempting to copy and paste a few times. Sometimes it freezes after 3 attempts, sometimes up to 15. But it only happens if the screen saver is allowed to activate. A reboot clears the issue until the next 10m idle to ss. If you have Windows System view open to the clipboard settings, that window also hangs until the clipboard frees itself after the hang. The hang usually lasts about 1 - 2 minutes.
