Yahoo! Powered mesef - Trojan

I am constantly getting antivirus (AVG) warnings:




To get rid of it I have tried:

• Moving the file to Quarantine
• The keep blocking function of avg
• Going to the file path and deleting the file myself
• Sending to avg for analysis (never got a reply)

Is it a false alert or are there other steps to removing this? Please can I have some help.
