Windows 10 File explorer very slow to open after 2004 update

Hello,

I updated my Surface Pro to 2004. Since then, it is taking 40-50 seconds for file explorer to load. In previous versions, turning off `recent files and frequent folders would help, but that has no additive effect now. My other two machines that are still on 1909 do not have this problem.

Any suggestions?
