Problems in removing a PUA

My Microsoft Defender Antivirus is detecting a potentially unwanted software as "PUA:Win32/IOBit" with low risk but can't take recommended actions for the same even if I have uninstalled every software by IOBit & removed all the program files and program data of it excluding checking the system32 file because I don't want to corrupt the windows.But the PUA is not getting detected by any 3rd party anti-malware. I have been trying to remove it since 3 days but can't. Please recommend me any solution to this...
