Windows 10 Windows Hello not working (windows hello finger print,hello face and windows hello pin)

I recently bought this device from a store and since then I have not been able to set up windows hello finger print,hello face and windows hello pin. It is grayed out and and says "Something went wrong Try again later" I do not know how to fix this. Please help
