Hello,
i have sbs2003 sp2 with sql2005 sp2.
When windows startup i have this blue screen

stop:0x0000008e (0xc000005,0xf71db4a9,oxba9e0ac0,0x00000000)
afd.sys - address F71db4a9 base at f71da000, datastamp 45d6a080

what is the version / size of your file ?
can you try sfc /scannow to check for corrupted file ?

i try scan with sfc/scannow, but i have the same bluescreen....
