Windows 10 The desktop screen freeze

Hi everybody,

I have a desktop computer that it was installed windows 10 Pro, this PC was also joined domain in company. My problem is that it sometime got trouble for windows desktop screen like freeze when starting up PC, it have stopped windows desktop screen and if I press any button on the keyboard, nothing any change on the desktop screen. If it is normal then it will be displayed welcome desktop screen with input username and password to login to domain. Please help me.

As my checking for the keyboard, it is still normal opration like Num Lock.
