Windows 10 Microsoft Store apps are not updating automatically

Everytime i visit a user's computer, i check to make sure Windows Updates, Office Updates and Store Updates are happening. Windows & Office updates are almost always up to date, but the Store apps are almost always way behind and almost all of them need an update anytime i check. Why is this? I thought they were supposed to automatically update themselves. Why am i having to do this. Did i miss a settings?
