Hey all,
I've been trying to troubleshoot/resolve an issue that I keep running into with my Windows 10 computer abruptly rebooting, which I then find in the Windows logs that it's a result of Runtimebroker.exe. The even looks like this:
The process C:\Windows\System32\RuntimeBroker.exe has initiated the restart of computer on behalf of user Owner for the following reason: Other (Unplanned)
Reason Code: 0x0
Shutdown Type: restart
Comment:
Before this occurs, there isn't any other log that I'm able to find that would indicate any other type of issue that is going on. CPU/memory usage is well within the norm during normal use and RuntimeBroker.exe doesn't seem to be consuming much of my computer's resources.
Any one have any ideas on how to go about addressing this issue?
Thanks in advance!
