I'm running Windows 10 Home edition. I've read that Bitlock is not available on this edition, but it is on my computer! I didn't even know I had Bitlock until a couple of days ago when I went to boot up my laptop, I received a "Bitlock Recovery" message to "Enter the recovery key for this device". So I accessed my key and did so. I thought maybe this was a one time glitch or issue, but now every time I turn off my laptop and go to reboot it, the Recovery message appears again and I have to go through the whole routine again, entering my Recovery Key.
I went online to look for suggestions and have spent hours trying to figure out what is going on, trying the various suggestions I've read in forums and NOTHING is working. I finally found a path to what I thought would solve the problem and toggled the "disable" button so it would stop popping up when I turn on the computer, but it's still there every time I start. Can anyone help?
