Hi All,
Because I face one question as listed as below:
1.Some xlsx, ppt ,outlook document which included picture in the content was not visible in wrong orientation (It's normal at some computer for these documents, but it's not collect rotation at another computer).
2. These documents is visible at computer, but is printed at wrong rotation.
I am not sure it's related about the issue https://support.microsoft.com/zh-tw...y-a-camera-is-not-honored-by-windows-or-windo or not. Kindly give suggestion about the condition.
