hi,
for several months now, we have intermittent problems with our officejet-printers after some windows updates took place.
Last saturday again, there has been an update installed (KB4560960) and after this update, our HP Officejetprinters stopped working again (error message - in dutch - "De bewerking kan niet worden voltooid (fout 0x0000007e) Kan opgegeven module niet vinden")
In the beginning I uninstalled and reinstalled the printers or in the worst case did a complete new install of windows, but since the problem occurred much to often to spent so much time, I switched to removing the update, pausing the updates for a few weeks and up to now this gets the printers going again.
But of course,this is not the best solution, as some updates are vital and should be installed.
I've been already in contact with HP but they cannot help me.
Anyone here who could advise me?
