Windows 10 How to close all application when shutdown

When use the windows shutdown to shutdown the PC , it pops "shutdown anyway" , I press "yes" , however , when startup the PC , many applications is running , it should be the application that are not closed when shutdown .Just

Just would like to know how to force shutdown all applications automatically when use the windows shutdown ?
