Windows 10 lost bitloker key

My laptop needs to enter the bitlocker key due to the replacement of the motherboard, but the key may be stored in the hard disk.

Is there a way to take out the bitlocker recovery key without losing data? In addition, I cannot find bitlocker recovery key on AD。


There is also no relevant information in the Microsoft account
