Windows 10 Microsoft OOB updates via Microsoft Store - not auto-updating!?!

MIcorsoft released two OOB updates today that are installed via the Microsoft Store. That's great because i have the store set to automatically update.


Except it's not updating. Ever. Never. What is this setting for if it isnt going to work???? Here's my 15 pending store updates waiting to install.
