Windows 10 Unable to change resolution of my extended monitor

Hi All,

I have attached an extended monitor to my laptop via HDMI connector. Everything on my extended monitor seems to be zoomed out.

Laptop specification: Lenovo Ideapad S340 (Ryzen 3, Radeon Vega Graphics 2 GB)

Extended Monitor: Sansui Monitor

Under Settings > Display : when I am trying to modify the resolution or scaling, its grayed out and does not allow me to make a change.

Any thoughts on how to overcome this? Is this a limitation of Windows or my hardware ?
