When I go to Windows Update in settings it tells me, "Some settings are managed by your organization." When I click "View configured update policies" it shows me various policies (around 10), such as "Schedule Update Install Day" with the source as "Administrator" and the type "Mobile Device Management". I am not part of the Windows Insider Program and in fact I cannot even join it as when I go to Windows Insider Program in Settings the "Get started" button is grayed out, and the page says, "Some settings are managed by your organization" again.
I have already followed the steps in this post: How to remove configured update policies.
The steps included setting diagnostics and usage data to full/enhanced. I had to do it via gpedit.msc as the Settings page would not allow me to, saying "Some settings are managed by your organization." After that, I restarted my PC and now it shows in settings that I'm sending Full diagnostic data, but I'm still seeing the same message and everything. Nothing changed.
I also followed the steps in this post on SuperUser: How to remove configured Windows 10 update policies
The steps included going into "Access work or school" in settings and removing a school or work MDM policy. I do not see anything there, it just says, "Connect." Furthermore, when I click on "Add or remove a provisioning package" there is also nothing there.
I do not know what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
