Windows Defender Issues

I have issues related to Windows Defender stating "Your IT Administrator Has Limited Access To Some Areas Of This App" cf963899-ab5c-4890-b25b-e3e9997e2ece?upload=true.pngb5a0d3bd-3947-46e6-8d97-e80d25799347?upload=true.png

so I tried using commands gpedit.msc, gpupdate /force by seeing in internet but there I found that antispyware isn't available in my devicec7932217-f564-4678-b174-8fac51233053?upload=true.png

and there is no windows defender showing 251b32ae-2c90-4d0b-90fe-0426b4a685d7?upload=true.png
