Windows 10 WTF does a Windows update remove Remote Server Access Tools?????

I have to reinstall RSAT on 8 computers because a Windows 10 update removed the app from the desktops. WTF is going on with this, not to mention updates changing the default apps back to what MICRO$OFT thinks they should be instead of what we set them to?


Micro$oft you need to get your act together or you WILL go the way of Woolworths, Sears and Kmart.
