Windows 10 Photos folder on removable drive

Every time I plug a removable USB or HDD into my computer a folder labelled "photos" is created. How do I stop this from happening? If I delete the folder it just comes back again next time I connect to the computer. I find it unnecessary and annoying, can someone tell me how to make it STOP!!! PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
