Windows 10 LAN is connected and can access Internet but still says no Internet after upgrade to Win10 version 2004

As title,

Have tried
- update LAN driver to latest one
- Reset network

Still can't fixed. Will affect that Excel can't open file from one drive within Excel. Need to open excel file from Windows file explorer - one drive

Any suggestion to fix this?
