I keep a Bing page & MSN home page offers heaps of stuff, of course. Anyway, you may be like myself & not want or need anything on an NTP except maybe a pretty picture. The photo does change & can be. Anyway, it is accomplished by an extension that doesn't seem to exist anymore & yet, is still doing its thing, just fine in (my) Edge. I was going to tell y'all about having such a NTP, but, the extension isn't there. It is called Bing New Tab Background. Maybe you will still find the story interesting.
