Windows 10 PC gets Kernel-Power error 41 bugcheck 278 while on use

Hello,

My desktop keeps rebooting, in random times, even when not in use. Temperature never rises more than 44 celsius and the memory usage never goes above 7.5 GB.

I could really use some help.
