Windows 10 Unable to update Windows to Build 2004 without BSOD ?

When attempting to upgrade Windows to build 2004, whether though Windows update or Microsoft Windows update assistant. Roughly half way though the update, windows crashes causing this error hoping that I'm posting the correct error from the event log.



The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.



Could anyone please tell me as how to fix this or stop this from occurring as I've tried numerous times with no success ?
