I have a NUC running WIN 10 Pro and it was working fine until Friday. I unplugged it to move it to a new room and when I try to turn it on, it asks for my Bitlocker recovery key.
I never activated Bitlocker in the first place, but my I have found my recovery key on my Microsoft account. The problem is, the keyboard doesn't work...I can't type the recovery key in and I can't press any function keys during boot-up to get to the BIOS to do anything else that might work.
I've changed keyboards, gone from wireless to plug-in, changed batteries, etc...the keyboards all work fine for other devices, just not for this one while it's locked.
