Windows 10 E5 license benefits for entire organization

Hi all,

I hope this is the right place for this question.

My organization has E3 license for everybody and we have purchased a small number of E5 for VIP users.

I know some features like signings alerts(risk detection) or ATP agents on domain controllers are for entire organization not just per user. Now we try to identify all other features available for organization with this new e5 license.
