I hung a hard drive in my Windows 10 computer to clone it. It had a FAT partition and a NTFS v1.2 partition on it. I was not aware of the various versions of NTFS at the time. The NTFS v1.2 partition had Windows NT 4.0 installed on it... Is there any way to revert the NTFS version back to v1.2 without losing the NT4 installation currently on it? The files and folders are visible and accessible on a Windows 10 computer at this point. NT4 install disk says the partition is corrupted beyond repair when attempting the repair option during install.
