Hello!
I am trying to set up a script to shadow in on user sessions to help troubleshoot any problems. I got script written out and it runs just fine but the scaling makes it hard to use if you have more than one monitor. I tried using /f and a couple others to go full screen and it still is a long skinny window for me to look in. I don't mind scrolling across monitors for a full screen experience. I tried disabling Smart Sizing but all that does is turn one monitor really slim and has a lot scrolling. Does anyone have any advice or a work around for this? I'm on Windows 10 Pro Version 1909. I found this post with a great example but it didn't have a solution: Scaled Remote desktop shadow connection is unusable. It won't let me post a live hyperlink. Sorry about that.
