Hi
In the past running USMT version 1607 on all versions of Windows (up tp version 1809) I faced no issues. Onedrive for business folder was also backed up.
Since we moved to windows 1909 One Drive for Business is not being backed up.
Error received in Logs is:
[0x080000] VERBOSEENUM: Found reparse point but reparse points are not allowed : \\?\C:\Users\username\OneDrive - BMC Software, Inc
Why do I wish to backup ODfB?
Some users are not aware that their ODfB is not synced properly with the cloud and thus resulting in files only on their laptop with no update on the cloud.
Re-imaging such a laptop can result in loss of data if one does not care to check ODfB Sync status.
1. Any advice on how you are doin it or best practice?
2. Also we are used for years that USMT does backup the ODfB, so we are not sure why it suddenly stopped doing so.
Regards,
Rami
