When searching for an answer, they all seem to refer to mail. Not my problem. Several times, when turning off, restarting or sleeping my PC, I have received this error in reference to "This app is preventing your computer from turning off", but the GUI is identified. So, I override it. Today, though, I was attempting to delete a ZIP file and got it in reference to a .txt file. What's going on?
