Windows 10 Desktop folder under Quick Access links to C:\Users\Default\Desktop instead of the user's desktop folder

I have noticed an issue in Quick access where the Desktop folder points to C:\Users\Default\Desktop instead of C:\Users\%username%\Desktop. Is there a way to correct this behavior?
