Hello,

I am moving all PC software from a smaller drive to a larger one. Moving gigabytes at once.

Everything since I've been using a PC (about 2001) - installers, older versions, backups, copies of CDs, drivers, codecs etc...
Moving whole drive to another, all files must be moved as they are.

Windows Explorer indicated that some files could not be moved.
For various reasons - the most frequent was that the file may be corrupt or could contain malware.
And mainly they were .exe files.
I have used many of these programs without any harm to the PC, system and my data.

Trying to move again, it displays item not found
If the files could not be moved, where are they? The original folder is empty.
They are not in the Trash.
Somewhere in a quarantine folder? I use Microsoft Defender as the main protection.

Below an example screenshot.
