Windows Defender won't remove a found thread.

Hi. It's been about 2 months since something happened to my windows security app. Basically since i downloaded utorrent, every time i do something related to utorrent, the windows defender would pop up saying a potentially unwanted app has been found, then i would just click "start action" and then "remove", and it would be gone. But then something happened 2 months ago. It stopped removing the potentially unwanted apps, all of which utorrent. I keep clicking "start action" and then "remove" but nothing happens. The little menu just closes off, and the thread remains as it is. I just finished yet another full scan, and there are about 10 threads found, all the same "PUA:Win32/uTorrent" but i can't remove them. I click on "start action" and nothing happens.

I just click "remove" and nothing happens. Why? How do i remove these threads?
