Why are my text boxes highlighted with this Bold Black Borderline? See attached screenshot.371ba0cd-4082-494f-85d2-76ded30b2750?upload=true.png

Does this suggest that my computer is bugged with a hidden Key-logger or screen recorder? I searched for strange applications on Task Manager but there is nothing on the list of running programs or startup programs. How do I detect and remove hidden Keyloggers and screen recorders on Microsoft Windows 10?544a882a-2631-4c31-bb7b-acd9a8040ecd?upload=true.png
