how do I disable Macafee anti virus and install windows defender for windows 10

Here, it says the settings are being Managed by vendor applicate McAfee Personal Firewall. Now, the problem is I don't want to delete McAfee but disable it. But I can't find the option to disable this antivirus. Please help
