VS Code not running due to NPAV installed

I am an anti-virus software installed on my laptop, whenever I try to run vs code it shows me this (pop up to the bottom right corner).

By disabling the anti-virus, the code executes properly, else it stops as shown below.

What should I do?

Please help...

I am working on windows 10 pro.
