I need to disable Windows Defender smart screen and Windows Security Health Service. They make game play impossible. I have ran SFC and DISM and found no problem. Computer is an HP 300-020, windows 10, version 1909. The programs starts and stops on its on. Also I would like to disable xbox game bar, I have no need for it and it creates the same problem. I have put computer in game mode but it updates at least 2 times a night.
