System Service Exception code problem in my PC..

Sir,My acer laptop is showing an error "Your PC ran into a problem needs to retart",below ther it was written as System Care- system_service_exception all appears in a blue screen and then my system restarts by own .I had reset my laptop but nothing happened.Please tell me the right way to get rid of this problrm.
