The marked directories here DO NOT EXIST!

Windows defender is constantly notifying me about these threats that dont exist. I have ran malwarebytes and this doesnt detect anything wrong with my pc. I have tried quick Windows defenders scan, and a full scan, they detect these "threats". These notifications are infuriating and never go away.

I have also ran sfc /scannow, no issues found. I have checked these directories and made sure to enable showing of hidden files and folders. Nothing.

These files did exist, because i had installed uTorrent then uninstalled it later that day. None of these files exist anymore.

Is this a false positive? If it is how can i stop the constant pestering? If not, how do i delete these files that for all purposes don't exist?
