How to remove the notification "Can't send message using the server Hotmail"?

In my Macbook mail service I have been receiving a notification "Can't send message using the server Hotmail" which completely blocks the email page of my mail service and I cant move or remove the notification because it doesn't have the option for closing it. So, none of my email accounts can be worked on. Does anyone know how to close or remove it?
