I've recently found that I'm unbale to access certain websites, e.g. Steam due to the following message in event viewer.

Your IT administrator has caused Microsoft Defender Exploit Guard to block a potentially dangerous network connection.

Detection time: 2020-09-28T10:54:07.842Z

User: S-1-5-21-3685733074-3372044061-980300008-1001

Destination: Steam Store

Process Name: C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

If I try to access via MS Edge I get a big red page:

This content is blocked
For your protection, your organisation is not allowing you to access the resource or content hosted by store.steampowered.com

I have not changed anything on my PC so presume this is some sort of Windows update. If I check Virus and Threat Protection settings or Exploit Proetction it states that it is managed by your administrator, despite it being used for home.

I have a main MS account for logging in and a workplace account used by other apps.

I literally cannot work out how to access certain websites. I've checked on my laptop and it's fine, but not on my desktop PC. Does anyone have any ideas?
