virus and threat protection repeatedly showing up same malwares after removing them

sir,

my windows 10 has been repeatedly showing lot of malwares even after removing them using offline scan kindly look into the issue. for a few days after doing a offline scan and removing the virus and threat protection remains green but again after some days it turns back to red
