Windows Defender SmartScreen - permanent higher cpu usage

Hello,


after testing and investigate (during more weeks) is found that the Windows Defender SmartScreen is permanently use higher cpu resources (actually permanent 10-18 percent).

From Windows Defender - status and device power - not found the problems.


Recent installed

- Win version 10.0.19041.572 (64 bit)

- Windows Defender with last valid updates,

- cpu i7-7920HQ, SSD harddrive, 48GB RAM.


This issue are slow down some applications and battery life.


Could you have an solution how can be fix it, please?
